Summary

Exterior details often get overlooked until something comes loose or goes missing. This project involved rehanging a window shutter and installing a new vent cover to restore both function and curb appeal to a Chesterfield home.

The Work

Rehung exterior shutter using customer-supplied shutter-loks for a secure fit
Installed missing exterior wall vent cover with tapcon fasteners and sealed the edges with brown caulk
Made sure all attachments were tight and flush to the brickwork

The Outcome

The front of the home looks complete again, with shutters and vent covers firmly in place. These small fixes not only improve appearance, but also help protect exterior walls from the elements.
